Order Guide Maintenance BULK change

Sometimes you just want to change one setting for a certain item across every order guide in a chain/island.

You could filter the order guides by the chain/island click "Edit Order Guides" then then just find the items you want to change / right click + make the change... OR control click to do the change on multiple rows...

BUT there's a better/faster way, with Bulk Change actions

If you filter the list of stores you want to make changes on, that bulk change function will set that setting for all stores that are checked.

IE. I can filter for “AIM” and “Oahu” and the list of stores will be 34 long

If I click that “Bulk Backup Items” button

I get the list of stores that were filtered (all 34)

At this point maybe you don’t want to make this change for Waipio Gentry you can uncheck the box … it also unchecks the ALL box … (it’s just a shortcut to check/uncheck everything)

What it does logically is

Grabs every Checked store’s order guide and looks for the Item(s) you list you want to set the Item Backup for.
It then sets the Item backup on all of those order guides
