Reset HFA password
Follow the steps in this article to change your HFA password for Term and Microsoft services and apps.
IMPORTANT: Your new password must be at least 14 characters (this is 2 characters longer than previous passwords), and contain numbers and symbols, and not used on any other websites. If you get the error "Your password cannot be changed. Please contact your administrator for assistance." while following these steps, make sure your new password is 14 characters, and contains plenty symbols, numbers and capitalized letters.
- Open any web browser and go to https://rdgw.hfahawaii.com

Click the Password reset utility link:

Fill in the following information:
NOTE: Your username is the part of your email address before '@hfahawaii.com'. For example, if your email address is "JohnDoe@hfahawaii.com", your username is simply "JohnDoe"
Domain\username: HFAHAWAII\username
Current password: <type current password>
New password: <type a new password>
Confirm new password: <confirm new password>
Important! Your new password must be at least 14 characters (this is 2 characters longer than previous passwords), and contain numbers and symbols, and not used on any other websites.

Click Submit and you should see a success message "Your password has been changed." if everything worked.
