Reset Expired HFA Password
To check if your password is expired, please log in here:
https://rdgw.hfahawaii.com
Type your username in this format:
HFAHAWAII\FirstnameLastname
(your username is usually your email address before the @hfahawaii.com part)
If your password is expired, you'll see a red notice informing you, and a link to update your password.
Click the Expired Password link, then on the next page, fill in the information again, using the same HFAHAWAII\Username format you used before.
Type your current password once, and your new password twice.
IMPORTANT!! Your new password must be at least 14 characters long (2 characters longer than previous password requirement), includes symbols and numbers, and not used for any other websites!
You should see a success message if everything worked correctly.
