Windows PC: Connect to HFA Term
Follow these instructions to connect to Term using Remote Desktop on a Windows 10 or 11 PC:
- First, sign in at:
https://rdgw.hfahawaii.com
- Enter your username in this format:
HFAHAWAII\Username -- Your username is your email address before the @hfahawaii.com part. So for JohnDoe@hfahawaii.com, you would type "HFAHAWAII\JohnDoe"
- Enter your HFA Password, then click OK.
- Click on the HFA-RDS icon to download a Connection File.
- Move this file to your desktop, and rename it "HFA Term".
- Double-click to open the Term connection.
- Sign in with your HFA email address and password.
- Accept any warnings to connect.
- Approve the MFA prompt on your device (if working from home).
