Zoom Room: Share Screen for In-Person Meetings

If you just need to share your Laptops computer screen for In-Person meetings (everyone in the room, nobody joining from Zoom), just follow these steps:

On the Zoom Tablet Controller, tap Share Content:

Next, follow the directions on the TV screen to connect via Web Browser or Zoom App. Depending on which method you use, you'll be asked to supply the Sharing Key or Meeting ID + Passcode in order to connect.

NOTE: It's a better experience to use the Zoom app, but it requires that you log into Zoom before joining the meeting, so make sure you can sign into Zoom app before starting the meeting!

Share Key / Meeting ID / Passcode have been removed to avoid confusion.

If using the Zoom App on your Laptop, click Share Screen, then enter the information shown on the TV:

The familiar Share Screen window will pop up:

IMPORTANT: If you are sharing a video with sound check the "Share sound" and "Optimize for video sharing" buttons on the right!
I recommend that you share the full screen, and not a single application. This prevents strange boxes from appearing on your shared video.
