Installing and Signing In to the Outlook Mobile App
If you would like to receive your HFA email on your mobile device, install the Outlook app to make use of all of the available features that come with your HFA mailbox:
Step 1: Installing the app
Scan this QR code to install the Outlook mobile app. If you have problems with the QR code, visit this link:

Step 2: Signing In
When you first open the Outlook App, it will ask you to sign into your email mailbox -- if you already have other accounts added, click the + icon to add another account.
- Type your Email Address & Password
- Your phone will show an Authenticator prompt, remember the number shown in the Outlook app and type this number into your phone, then choose Approve
- After approving, you might be asked to enter your phones PIN number to unlock.
- Once approved, switch back to Outlook to complete the process.
