Changing your HFA Voicemail Greeting

To change your HFA Voicemail greeting:

On your physical HFA telephone in the office, dial your assigned phone number, then enter your Portal Passcode
- Alternatively, you can call your phone number from any external phone, when you hear the voicemail message, press *, followed by your Portal Passcode
  
  If you don't know your phones PIN or Passcode, reach out to HFATechHelp@hfahawaii.com to reset your Passcode
Press "3" to change your No Answer Greeting
You can either record a new greeting, or press 3 to reset to the factory default greeting
